Hi, I captured an E.V.P. that seemed to be a signal by whistling. I actually left my digital recorder at the site while I stepped away to my truck, which was about 25 yards away. The first whistle seemed like it was right into the mic...another responded that seemed further away. Anyone ever catch a whistling E.V.P.? I am a new member...and I think I posted my first topic in the wrong forum. Sorry for the double post. Thanks!

Hey Watcher2345, if you live in Haddock, I'm sure you are familiar with Altman Road...I found two or three graves approx. 20 yards from the road. I have captured MANY orbs and several E.V.P.'s there. Another strange E.V.P. was loud "clapping" sounds...it even sounded, at one time, like an old screen door slamming closed followed by an echo or the "door" bouncing off the frame. keep your eye out for a private message...I would like to discuss this with you in more detail. Thanks! Sam

Havent ever caught a whistle, but did catch a dog... very distinctive bark, and no one in the place, at 200am... and certainly no dogs!! very neat, I had to play it a few times just to hear it and it made me smile... who says there are not ghost pets!

I had a whistle when I was investigating an old prison. We were following a cold spot that was moving and then disappeared. i asked where he was and when played back, you hear a whistle.

That's cool GPI, the whistles I recorded were back-to-back...the first, a very distinct sound (like a signal) and the second, further away, and it also sounded like a signal; but, with a different tone. What prison were you hunting, may I ask?

Also, Bimmy - never heard a dog before - very interesting!

It was the old Floyd County Prison in Rome, before they remodeled it. The interesting part was right after I asked that, I asked was that Big Red that we were following with the cold spot and they answered, No. So I had two responses back to back on the same recording.
