Okay, I'm flying up to DC in a few weeks just to get away so to speak. Anyone know of any good spots to do some errrr "sight-seeing"? *L* I'm going to check out Arlington for one.

Arlington is wonderful but when I went it was packed with tourists. I did however see some pretty scary stuff around DC. Too bad it wasn't ghosts! Have fun and let me know what you find. I kinda want to go back soon~

Yeah I saw some scary stuff around DC...politicians LOL

It's only about an hour or two away, but I suggest you go to Williamsburg, VA. They have a section built like old Colonial America, mostly restored.

Somewhere in DC is supposedly the house Lincoln died in after he was shot by John Wilkes Booth. I think it's near the Hard Rock Cafe.

It's been over six years since I last went, so I don't remember much.
