I found an article on the haunting on United Flight 93 crash site some years ago and it was interesting read... It would not surprise me at all to find out that this has been a hot topic for discussion on here before… Shanksville, Penn is the site of a national tragedy that defined many of us like JFK’s assassination did for generations before us… It begs me to ask the following question… Would you want to see an investigation there? Not by people that are novice or in it just for the attention…. What if Ghosthounds got the chance? Or TAPS? (Now I realize that not all people think that TAPS is "serious" for those of you that don’t... for the purpose of the question insert who YOU think would do a serious investigation)… Do you have mixed feelings about this? On one hand, this type of thing absolutely fascinates me, and on the other hand, I can understand that some people may think this cheapens what happened or makes light of it... In my heart if feel enough time has passed and in my research I have been finding out that the activity has been continuing there… I think it’s time to help them… Time for all of us to put aside our differences and help these brave people… We have new tools like the KII meter, ghost box, and the ovilus is now being tested often by many groups… It bothers me to think that if they are still there they may need closure or get a message across to loved ones… I honestly believe getting a group of some of the best in the field together and to go to the sacred site and help the ones roaming and lost would be something amazing for the field… I don’t doubt that there are restless spirits there. In my time in this field I have come to learn that sometimes they won’t leave if they die in such a manner. This is however just my opinion and we ALL know that I am the messed up puppy in the hounds...

Are there ghosts Haunting Flight 93 Crash Site? Grown men who work as security officers and are known to be tough guys started seeing ghosts at the crash site of United Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania soon after the plane crashed on Sept. 11, 2001. Hired to guard the site 24/7, security officers with R.A.C., a rent-a-cop outfit, have reported strange things happening on this plot of ground they were charged with protecting. There were heroes aboard Flight 93 ordinary people turned heroes who wrestled with the hijackers and took the plane down in an empty field in Pennsylvania rather than its intended target in Washington, D.C. The 44 people on board perished as the plane plowed into the ground forming a mammoth crater and a huge fireball. Learn more about the flight in the following link…

Some events that captured me off that article are the following...
Ghost Story No. 1: The Game of Cards
One night after they had searched the area thoroughly and found nothing out of order, security guard Robert Wagstaff and his partner decided to pass the time playing cards in the trailer. Someone knocked on the door. They opened it and no one was there. So they went outside the trailer to do another search. They found no one and assumed it was the wind that made the knocking sound… "So, we go back into the trailer and we got our coffee and we went to sit back down to play some cards," said Wagstaff. "We didn't have any chairs set up yet. Well, when we went to sit back down, one of the chairs was already set up and we didn't set it up. I don't know where the chair came from. I don't know who put it there." Wagstaff and his partner looked at each other and shrugged… He said they tried to ignore it. They started playing cards. And then they heard muffled voices outside the trailer. "It sounded like a group of people. It sounded like more than one. They all sounded like they was outside on the back half of the trailer. So we hurried out and ran outside, and we looked and there was no footprints in the snow," he said… Wagstaff has a theory about this: He thinks the spirits were herding the terrorist spirits into the trailer using it as a prison, and the heroes are still being heroes protecting the guards from the terrorist spirits. A stretch? Maybe but I want to know…

Ghost Story No. 2: "So, now what?"
The trailer spooked him so much now, that Wagstaff guarded the site from the main gate while sitting in his car. He was there one night at about 3 a.m. He had been alternately working a crossword puzzle and staring at the gate, when he laid his head back to rest for a minute… Then he heard a male voice distinctly say: "So, now what?" No one was there. "It sounded just like somebody was in my car, like somebody was in the passenger seat and I was in the driver's seat. That's how clear it was, but there was nobody there!"

Ghost Story No. 3: Who's Sitting On the Car?
Another night he was at the main gate sitting in his car a 1987 Cougar with the engine running… It had just stopped raining… All of a sudden, it felt as if someone jumped up to sit on the trunk of the car. No one was in sight. .. He got out to look. No one was there. No tracks or footprints were in the mud. No scuffs were on the car, marring the dirt and rainwater… Nothing. But while Wagstaff was staring at the trunk of his car, the rear end of the Cougar jumped back up. "Like whatever was on it came off,"… Yeah it has me messed in the head as well…

Ghost Story No. 4: The Woman With the Light Brown Hair
Wagstaff says he saw a ghost near the main gate, which is about a mile from the crash site… "I seen this woman as clear as day," said Wagstaff… He said she was walking toward the main gate from the crash site at about 4 a.m. one night. There was a full moon and a lot of light… She was wearing a blue baseball jersey and blue jeans… She had light brown hair and wore glasses. She didn't have a coat… She vanished into thin air when Wagstaff approached. He said, "She totally disappeared. She didn't like fade out or nothing. It was almost as if I blinked, and she wasn't there no more." But he saw her again in photographs of the Flight 93 passengers…

Doesn’t this sound like restless spirits trying to contact us and say something? Robert Wagstaff has more to say and you can find it in the following link

What do you think? Is the time right? I know the technology is… Cool

You think YOU'RE messed up? I FEEL the energy from here, in Atlanta. I can't go. You guys feel free. But I can't, and I won't. No amount of protective force I can use will protect me from the energy there. I can't think about them. I can barely survive a 9/11. Every 9/11 that passes, I breathe a sigh of relief that I've made it through.

As an empath, I can't deal with New Orleans or any of the 9/11 sites. I can't even think about it. I won't be involved in an investigation into any of those areas. I just can't do it. It'll kill me. I don't know if I could even listen to any evidence you get. I just don't know if I could do it.

Do I believe it? Yes, totally. I can feel it, I really can. I know the stuff that is reported occurred--the stuff in Penn. It happened, those guys are heroes, and the conspiracy theorists who claim that those people faked messages and all that should be taken out and shot. The people who jumped from the buildings in NY--it's horrible. Just thinking about all of it rips my heart out of my chest. It makes me want to be physically sick, just to rid myself of the horror of it all.

If you can go and do it, more power to you. Me, I can't. The closer I would get, the sicker I would become. I don't think I'd be any good to anyone. For me, it's not about giving them relief or helping them cross over. It's about protecting myself.

That is a great question. On one side of the subject you have the families that might not want their family members to be thought of as restless spirits and to be messed with.On the flip there are investigations conducted in cemeterys and National Parks and battlefields all the time.I think in places like this and Andersonville every thing should be done to make sure that those spirits or not unhappy and make sure they receive the peace they deserve.
