What an awesome experience! I just wanted to let everyone know how great it was to meet each and every one of you. Not only were there some interesting presentations, but I must say that every person that I meet was very friendly especially those from the Ghosthounds...professional yet personable and should be proud. You are an awesome bunch, especially that Pamela Burns lady.
From Wet Willies to Mellow Mushroom, to learning about remote controls, wet taxi rides, assumption of invisible directions, witnessing the ordering of bartenders from the menu, the neck of the inverted 3, roommate getting kicked out of room that wasn't his, touching of hairy tongues, taradactils, closed kitchens, early lobby mornings, and even being shooshed (I swear it wasn't me. It was my tea talking)..
Why did no one warn me about the lack of sleep one gets while attending.? Costumes were also a great invention. Wow! Dave was right....summer and Halloween.
I could go on and on, but thank you again. I spent a decent amount of time with many of you and appreciate the great memory that you gave me of Ghostock 5.

Sounds like i missed a great time. wet taxi rides, touching of hairy tongues, i must hear more about these topics, lol;P As for the, "Why did no one warn me about the lack of sleep one gets while attending.?", thats a given and someone should put a warning lable out for that one, but its always that way and always totally worth it:) As I stated in my reply topic, I wish I could have been there, but I'm still recouperating from the UNIV-CON 6 here at State College, PA. I don't know how guys like pat and dave and the like can do it constatntly, no sleep, cons and shows and all that, I give so much kudos and props to these guys for that and for their dedication to this field and lack of sleep and all. Guys, please let me in on the secrete remedy for not getting sick wtih no sleep and being active for so long, lol. Anyhoo, I hope to get to know ya better bobby and wish i could have gone home with pat to the ghoststock from the UNIV-CON here.
Hell it was 4 in the morning on a Saturday night (Sun morn). What WAS he doing there?
PROOF guys:
Welcome to paranormal conventions! Bring clothes appropriate for the location (like ... rain gear maybe), cash, food for the room, lots and lots of caffeine, advil, batteries, memory cards, etc, a computer with the necessary program to access your evidence .... Looks like it's a long list.
Learn from your Rookie mistake; best to check with an "old-timer" prior to your sophomore outing. Also it's best that you have gotten a good night's rest prior to arrival.
You're a great group of guys all around, even that one that was thrown out of the room. Hope to see each of you soon.
Lots of
