On the 5'th anniversary of these horrendous attack on our country, I know our minds frequently wonder if the sights of the attacks are haunted. Apparently one is...

seems like some sort of residual haunting or something. as if the spirits are going about what they would normally do if alive. interesting to say the least.

WOW! That is wild but not surprising..The people from flight 93 and all of the flights were tormented with knowing what was going to happen for a good while before it happened. The families have a right to know if their loved ones are not at rest.

That is both sad and spooky. In this case I would definitely advocate sending someone there to help the spirits of those people to move on....

Interesting to say the least....

I would certainly be interested in checking that site out.....

It would be very informational to get the feelings associated with those that could be left out there....

You know how you see those crossed on the sides of highways where people died in accidents? I always wondered if there was increased activity around those places.... has anyone ever stopped to make pictures or do you think that would be too disrespectful?

Maybe the "terrorist's" that committed the terrible act are doomed to have their souls remain earth bound for life therefore making the grounds haunted unless there is truely a HELL where they will never be finished roasting. It would be hard for me to believe that the idiots went into the light after committing such an evil, cowardly act. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

That sounds good to me Santa; that analogy sounds to me like an even harsher punishment to the "evil ones" than I suggested. No punishment would be too horrible for their ignorance and horrible acts.

I pulled this issue out of the closet today and read the article over breakfast. They speculated about the spirits of the terrorists being among them in the trailer. I could only hope they can now see the error of their ways.

You know, I still think I agree with GG about the whole let's go investigate. I think it's still a little early to go tramping about those sacred grounds. There's still such fresh, deep wounds for so many people. It would be really hard to be a part of the team(s) that chose to do so. While I think it would be very informative and probably quite special as well, I think it's still a little early, and I think I would choose to sit those out for the time being. I think I'd spend more time crying and being in awe of the whole scene than really hunting. Crying or Very sad

I completely agree! In my opinion, there are places like the tragic sites of 9/11 where I will never feel comfortable investigating.

Wasn't it the 6th anniversary? This happened in 2001, right? I was just wondering, because it does seem there was more of a spotlight on the event than there has been in the past couple of years.

Hello!

Not only have apparitions been seen at the United 93 crash site, but guards have reported hearing conversations outside their trailer on a regular basis.

I have read reports about the WTC site and, strangely enough, it is the musicians in New York City that seem to be the ones who are hearing voices at Ground Zero and have been for several years.

It is interesting that so many "audible" voices are being heard at both sites.

Strangely enough, I'm not surprised musicians are the ones hearing them. In general, I tend to believe that musicians are fairly "in tune" (no pun intended) with what's going on around them, and I happen to be an amateur musician myself. It comes from my mom's side of the family, and that is the side of my family that is most "sensitive" to seeing and hearing things of a paranormal nature. Go figure. Cool

Well when they opened it back up for the path... I made a terrible mistake... I was on my way to China Town and got on the wrong one....it was summer time and it was COLD in the area coldness was coming from all over....I was so frightened! I was unable to look at anyone ( scared that I might see something) I never said anything to anyone else but a year later I got a call from a friend... she was so upset she was crying she said that she felt sad, cold and something touched her. This site here has so much sadness and pain.. you really know that its haunted but some of what you feel possible is the pain and anger tied to the issue. I am sure others have felt things or SEEN things and wont talk or cant talk...

I think that the sites of such great tragedy, will remain haunted by the ones who lived it. They knew, on flight 93, that to do what they planned, was certain death. The hijackers must not survive and get away. So, they bravely took on the task, to save others by sacrificing themselves. the greatest act ever, given freely, the ultimate patriotic act.

I would say, yes, these areas abound with activity, so that years from now, when the harsh reality of death has softened, that the feelings and impressions will soften, too. We are given the one task, of remembering them, their brave act, and pass on to future generations, that This country was built on the backs of women and men willing to risk their lives so that the ones who follow, will have a place to call home, and
feel safe. But within that safety, is responsibility. Freedom is not free.
Men and women die now, to protect this right. Flight 93, the Towers, the Pentagon, the dead walk the halls, the aisle, the floors and stairways, to remind us, what their deaths represent. Sorry to go on and on, but I feel strongly about this. I feel that the evil men do to their own, is far worse than another country can do to us.
We need to respect the memories and sacrifices of our dead. As paranormal investigators, we can sometimes be their voice. But first, we need to hear what they are saying. Bimmy
