I’m very excited to announce that I will be participating in a trip to the historic Queen Mary with Darkness Radio this coming January!

I’ll be one of the featured guests, along with Chris Flemming of “Dead Famous”, Psychic medium CJ Sellers, Donna LaCroix and Lisa Dowaliby from SciFi’s “Ghost Hunters” and hypnotist Russ Clarke “Get Hypnotized”.

Each of the guests will do panel presentations, as well as leading actual investigations around the ship itself!

The dates of the trip are January 14’th – 17’th 2007

All in all, three days of exciting events aboard the legendary ocean liner Queen Mary. Is the ship really haunted? Come with us and find out for yourself!

Visit the Darkness Radio website for the full itinerary and to reserve your spot on this historic event!

http://www.darknessradio.com/queenmary/

Hurry! Space is limited and this trip is sure to sell out quickly!

Please feel free to repost this!

See you in Long Beach! Smile

I was invited out there one time by a psychic, Peter James, who was doing ghost tours after dinner. I never went, but I might have to think about this one. I lived in Cali for 20 years and know my way around the Freeway system pretty well. There is a spirit of a little girl in one of the bottom story pools where the public does not get access to that he use to try to contact all the time and I think with high succss. It would be lots of fun I'm sure. Dance Dance

I was in Long Beach earlier this summer, it would've been nice to visit the Queen Mary I never got a chance to though. It's one of the biggest ships I've ever seen.

Hi Snm,

For many, many years, before I 'retired' into being President and CEO of Mommy Inc (aka I'm at home with my two little one's 7 & 5 yrs old); I worked at the Federal Building in Long Beach. I had a beautiful 2nd story view of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island...and yes, The Queen Mary. Recently, (end of July) I attended the spirits/dinner tour with Jeannette and we stayed on the vessel overnight. We had a BLAST! But before that, I'd only been on the vessel once, back in 1997.

When we self-guided ourselves on the vessel, I was aft-backwards; had I not been with Jeannette, I'd have gotten soooo lost.

Ciao! Melissa

Hi SparkleSpiceGirl. Having a job as a Mommy is the best of all. I'm sure you stay really busy with the little one's even though you retired from other work. That view must have been so nice. I'm sure you miss seeing it.The Queen Mary is truly amazing. Staying overnight and going on the tour sounds like lots of fun. I'm glad you were able to enjoy it.

If I could afford it, I'd go too! The Queen Mary I (yes, there are two ships with that name) was one of the reasons I got into the paranormal. When she was featured on the first episode of Unsolved Mysteries, I was hooked. I remember (this was back in the 80s, remember) when a team of investigators had set up a tape recorder to capture some EVPs, although they didn't call it that at the time, down in one of the lower decks (near the hull, I think) and they captured what sounded like two men talking. A member of her crew had gone down in that area and said they heard waves crashing and men screaming.

Yep...she is now permanently docked and has been converted into a hotel and restaurant with ghost tours.

I wanna wanna WANNA GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That Unsolved Mysteries episode ruled. I think the best part was when they played the recording of the screaming and waves crashing. This was going on while no one was down there, just the recording equipment. It seems to be the type of haunting that's a repeat of past traumatic events.
