September Meeting/Investigation

We're all chatty in the shout box, so I thought I'd start a thread!

I had a great time last night. It was nice having everyone in "my neck of the woods".

I had never been to the cemetery and didn't expect the amount of activity that we encountered. I've already sent a couple possible EVP's over to Geek.

How about everyone else?

I went by the cemetary this afternoon. Many unmarked graves. I did get a couple of matches to some of the names I was pulling. I took more pictures because the atmosphere felt very heavy still. Many visitors there today. When i get to work I will review my pics. I still cannot believe that orb we saw!

I would like to go back with a smaller group. Any takers?

I have sent several pictures to Patrick also for approval. That place was great and there are some hugh "orbs". I want to hear the evp's.

I had a great time as well.. I dont think any of the pictures I got really had anything but seeing as this is the first investigation I went on where I took pictures, who knows, I might be missing things. I got some pictures that had some orbs in them but I dont put much stock in orbs. Thats just me though. Too easy to get them mixed up with dust/bugs. I do have two pictures that have a reddish hue in certain parts of the picture but Im not sure if that is anything or not. So I wasnt sure if I should send them to patrick or not.

I'll let ya know if anything interesting shows up on them. I have a question though. I don't know if it was maybe the type of cameras you guys were using but sometimes when they flashed I would go blind for a second and see round orb like things for a second or so afterwards. Do you think that maybe the orbs being picked up on film are due to the flash from your or someone elses camera?

I would assume that the orbs in my pictures are due to my cameras flash. And when I would take the picture away from my face I would see them floating in the air also.

Okay, finally got through listening to the recording from the hunt. Nothing was caught by me.

One thing of note while we were by the two taller head stones I did get an EMF spike up to 2.42 (was getting a base of around .8 all night), and then not to long after that my EMF detector locked up completely. I have been trying all day to make it lock up again without success.

I will work on looking through the video the rest of the week and post the results later.

We did a lot of walking around a cemetary that had a lot of gravel. We did stir up a lot of dust. Did not take the fact away a couple of us saw a light anomilie w/ the naked eye. Any evps yet?

Some of my orbs looked like planets. They were huge and one appears to have a face in it. That particular orb (two in fact) was right next to the large gravestone where the EMF spiked.

Any EVP's to post yet? I am dieing to hear what we had see how it matches to what I was picking up. I have started doing some research on the Cemetary with the Historical Society. Let me know if anyone wants to know what I dig up.

I got two evps. One is a reply "Yes" when asked if offended by our presence, a question asked during our group evp recording. The other is a reply to a recording I did on my own. The spirit said they wanted to talk and then whispered something. I have no clue what they are saying.

Havent looked at the photos. Lot of lights in the area and signs, so I dont think I could even tell what is a real orb or not. In one location I kept getting something bright and realized it was a sign reflecting. But in another I couldnt find anything to pinpoint the bright circle, which eventually stopped appearing in the photos.

I got sick during most of the evp sessions. Two people said they saw something at one point and when I Looked over I thought I saw a shadow person walking. The same people then said "shadow person" so that validates what I saw.

I wouldnt mind going back.

colored dust particles.....humidity reflecting and refracting light....light refracting on the camera lens.........

Ok. Just thought I'd ask. A bunch of the pictures I took have "orbs" in them, but one or two had orange ones. Which I thought was maybe a weird coinciedence since some people saw orange lights that night. Also 2 of the pictures I took have this red Haze in them. Might be light reflecting off of my finger but Im not sure.
