Perhaps someone knowledgable should start a thread advising us on what to use as self-protection when faced with an MRE encounter

The best form of self defense against MREs is a bottle of Tobasco. Or maybe two bottles. But just to be safe, use a 55 gallon barrel of it.

My sister and her family had to eat MRE's after hurricane Katrina because of course the stores had no food. And believe it or not she said they tasted pretty damn good. OMG!!!
