Hey everyone...
I'm having to check something out with the hotel right now. I need a head count of who has made reservations at the hotel.

Hey there GG  , I made my reservations for Fri-Sun for 1 person.  They didn't take my credit card # because they said that I am pretty much confirmed because I am with the "Gost Group".

| Does it cost anything to reserve a spot? I am defenitely gonna go but dont have the money right now to reserve a place for 2. |

| I made reservations too. When I told the girl I was coming to Ghoststock but she referred to it as Ghost Fest. She did take my CC # for the reservation. |

PETE - Nope. It does not cost anything to reserve a spot, though they may (or may not) make you give them a credit card (or check card) number. But they only charge your card when you actually check in. Oh and I believe if you have to cancel, you must give the hotel a 48 hour advance notice or there is a penalty.

| So which link do you click to do this, there was a few options in there and i wasnt sure which one to choose. Please help me out so i can get me and my gf a spot reserved. thanks |

I'm in for 2 (my wife and I) If I wasn't the first to make my reservations I didn't miss it by much.

What options do you mean? You should just be able to give them the group code and thats it.
Oh... I do NOT recommend you try to book online - call them and ask for "group sales". Then give them our group code.

| Well i was referring to the online link you had on here. Wheres the phone number and group code to call to do this, i will do it tommorrow as long as i dont have to put any money down right now. I just got through signing up for race school for this month and taking time off of work so im gonna have to work my ass off so we can make it to ghostock. Im not gonna miss it though. Let me know. thanks again. |

I removed the phone number and group code from the "GhoStock" page to prevent people who are just going to Savannah for vacation (and not to our conference) from simply taking advantage of our group code to save some money.
I've started emailing the group code to people only after they have preregistered.
I'll PM you the group code and phone number Pete.

I know you asked this a week ago but I'll go ahead and answer. My husband and I are registered. However, when he gave them our check card number, they told him they would have to charge it all right then and there. He told them we weren't prepared for that so they backed down and made the reservation anyways. And yes, he did speak to someone in Group Reservations.
